If I could give 10 stars I would. Contacted Split Air after realising the air con we got through family had been degassed. At super short notice during summer and just before Christmas they got us booked in. Didn't try and force us to do any diagnostics like other companies because we knew it had been degassed for transport. I had accidentally mistyped my number so on the day they couldn't get a hold of me. When I called they still fit me in and came out straight away to complete the works. Adam is a great guy and does a great job. Installed 3 much needed split aircon units at our place almost 2 years ago and haven’t had an issue
I booked a service with Split Air & Electrical because their website clearly listed comprehensive maintenance inclusions such as: checking refrigerant pressures, amp draws, and tightening electrical connections. These are technical tasks I cannot legally or safely perform myself, and they were the reason I booked the service. However, none of those specialised tasks were done. Extremely happy with Split Air & Electrical. are very professional with their work. The Mitsubishi Electric 7.1kW AP Series Split System they installed, is quiet and works well.
Excellent service from Adam and Vince, not only fitting 3 new units, but also in maintenance and repairs. Adam worked out the problem at short notice, and I cannot recommend him highly enough as someone who has a great work ethic, and is friendly and helpful. If you need air-conditioning give them a call.
