CAUTION !!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND AND COMPANY. Horrible customer experience, two of their 9K BTU mini split units broke down (AIR CON) and the company refuses to honor their warranty despite confirming the product is registered. I will report to Better Bureau. Look at their low rating says alot.
Some of the best customer service I have received in this trade. Blower assembly came bent during shipping, they sent a whole new assembly next day no hassle.
First off want to give much gratitude to this team of wonderful employees. Can’t remember the last time I had a company with as many people reach out to me and help me With a mini split air handler motor. Especially Jessica, who is new to the warranty department went well beyond any of my expectations helping resolve a warranty issue hasslefree and is easily as can be. I would highly recommend them and will be a customer for life.
