Let me start by saying I've never hired or used this company. The 1 star review is for whoever the driver was going 75mph on the highway around 2 pm going south, clogging up cars, and blocking people because he was just sitting in the far left passing lane for over 7 miles and wouldn't move over.
Excellent customer service!
Dropped off a 1" drive Ingersoll Rand air impact for repair. Called 4 weeks later and they still had not even looked at the tool. The gentlemen on the phone told me they were running 6-8 weeks to get a quote to repair an air tool. Really? We will take our tools elsewhere in the future for repair.
Dont work
What can I say, nothing short of Awesome customer service. Easy to work with. These people at air components are awesome. Bill, Nick, Ed and Deb to name everyone had was super easy to work with and prompt . We had a situation where we ordered a compressor from a Different in town company we were assured they had all the parts and the compressor, that everything would be delivered on a Wednesday.
