Overcharged me and took the payment before completing a work, but never came back to complete the work!

I have been with Juan and Air Commander since 2018. I have a particularly unique and tough house when it comes to HVAC, meaning there is no attic, no crawlspaces, etc. It makes trying to properly calibrate the unit very difficult so that it is properly cooling the whole house as the options are so limited as to where we can install new duct, vents, and returns.
