My GC hired this company to complete the hvac on my whole home remodel. Significant issues ensued: 1) Heater vent required re-routing as part of remodel. Air Comfort cut supply line and forgot to re-route it. We didn't know until it was -10 degrees and our son's room was freezing cold. It took 2 months for them to come open up my ceiling and repair it which was a big mess. Owner blamed his guys for failure to do this. These folks take care of their customers! Our system wasn't running right, they spent the extra time to confirm the problem, made the repair, and followed up to make sure it was operational. A great approach to system-wide repair, not just a band-aid on the first thing they find. And Beau guided me through a few suggestions on fixes and maintenance that I can handle at a DIY level. They know their stuff and how to fix it up!
