The fellows were great. Efficient and courteous.
I called Air Comfort over the long holiday weekend. Told them it wasn't an emergency I'd call them back on Monday morning. Before I had a chance to call they had already reached out to me. I met Daniel the tech at my residence between 10:30 - 11 am. He diagnosed I had a leaking evaporator coil. He checked if the unit was under warranty which it was and said they had one in stock. He replaced the faulty part and a few others still under warranty and got me up and running before 5pm. Thank you Daniel and thank you Air Comfort.... read more
Person answering the phone was very helpful and friendly. Technician came out the following day. I had a few questions about the options presented to me. The owner called me and answered my questions. Threw in a wifi thermostat without charging more. Installation crew was friendly and respectful. They took the time to protect the floor. The installation went smoothly. Afterwards, I was shown how to operate and maintain the system. Competent professional outfit. Would recommend them highly to anybody
