I have been a customer of Air Comfort for over eight years but I will never do business with them again. Their web site claims their technicians will arrive in uniform and remove their shoes; the tech arrived at my house in a t-shirt, shorts and earring and even though he was in and out numerous times he never removed his shoes. He told me I had mold by glancing at a vent cover from several feet away and tried to sell me a $750 duct cleaning to solve that problem. I was also quoted $6500 for an upstairs A/C unit.
