On Dec.31, 2010 I was assigned this company for heater repairs. I let it go until January 3rd for them to come out. Chris the tech is awesome, but the phone representative, is rude, a liar and blamed my warranty company for the problems that she actually created. First she told me that she had contacted me and that the parts needed to be ordered. This info was given to me a week after the tech accessed the situation. They were very unprofessional. I made the appointment on Monday for Friday morning. After the 4 hour window passed, I called to make sure they still had the appointment. the woman was very rude, unprofessional and basically said, they'll be there when they get there - it could be an hour it could be 2.
