Short Changed me.. Comfort air called me to offer Spring tune-up. The tune-up included coil check up, drainage pan in attic, thermostat cleaning, and a lot more, however, the service guy came in checked outdoor AC units, but never went up the attic to check for the rest of the promised items in the Spring tune, he did not even check the thermostat. He charged me 178 dlls, 89 dlls per unit, and when I said, aren't you supposed to check the draining pan? oh, yes, but i can come back another day. He took my money, stating I wil... read more

Called 3 times to try and get an estimate for duct cleaning after 2 calls they promised to call back and never did mind you we have been loyal customers for over 10yrs very disappointed guess they don't need business

I have been a customer for almost 20 years. Service it’s been always professional, technicians explain everything that needs attention, they charge for what needs to be done, no overcharges. Excellent service.
