Air Comfort Experts ultimately delivered on a difficult, intermittent manufacturer-related HVAC issue, and I appreciate their commitment to resolving it. ACE installed our rooftop Trane unit back in April, but unfortunately shortly afterward an intermittent problem with the unit began. I bought it brand new HVAC system from Air Comfort Experts. Bulga was very helpful. I got a heat pump for the first time and it’s really saved money and it’s better for the environment, especially because I have solar panels. I can’t recommend them highly enough. They’ve been very helpful. Also when I needed service on the system. I got the Trane System, which is supposed to be top-of-the-line and so far so good.
ACE previously installed my Daikin FIT system about 2 years ago and I had a great experience with them so I decided to upgrade my gas water heater to a heat pump system before the federal tax system expires at the end of the year. There was a small hiccup with communication but Mark and Bulga ironed out all the details. They were able to work around my schedule and the entire installation took about 1.5 days. Great Service, Workmanship, and PRICE!!!
We've had great experiences in the past but I think they may have gone out of business? They have no appointments and no way to speak to a person anymore. Dissapointing because we loved working with them!
