ACE previously installed my Daikin FIT system about 2 years ago and I had a great experience with them so I decided to upgrade my gas water heater to a heat pump system before the federal tax system expires at the end of the year. We've had great experiences in the past but I think they may have gone out of business? They have no appointments and no way to speak to a person anymore. Dissapointing because we loved working with them!
I recently bought a condo and completely remodeled it. I had several different crews at my place throughout the remodel, but the crew from Air Comfort Experts was, by far, the most professional and thoughtful. It's easy to see that they take pride in their work and service. The installation process of my mini-split system was seamless, and the crew took care to keep my place clean. Air Comfort installed a heat pump central air system and did a great job. They had smart ideas about where to place the outdoor unit to keep it the shade, making it more efficient, and they were up to speed on all the relevant tax incentives. I didn't realize they also install solar panels, batteries, and heat pump water heaters, and I hope to work with them on those in the future.
