One of their drivers cut me off very hard on the parkway, and when I proceeded to honk, he brake check me and flicked me off. If that’s the kind of people they hire then I want nothing to do with this business. Extremely unprofessional. Grow up. FYI I have dash cam footage with timestamps and license plates visible if any representative from the company needs it.
John came to a house last minute to do an HVAC inspection on a house under contract for my buyers. He took his time looking at the unit as well as the fireplace when I asked if he minded checking that, too. Pointed out some things I should note and check with the inspector also. Friendly, professional, and never made me feel he was in a rush even though he came last minute.
I am writing this review to address two companies that work together and get an expert job. The companies are the BC Plumbing and Air Comfort Control. The job I needed to have completed within seven days required the replacement of all plumbing and air-conditioning ductwork.
