Our central air units cooling fan snapped. It happened around 500pm. Seth came out looked at our unit and came back the next day with replacement parts. Even though the fan caused significant damage to the unit. He didn't bs us and try to get us to buy something new. He did give us that option, but didn't pressure us into an upgrade. Honesty is most important when it comes to service and to someone who doesn't have knowledge in the applicance. Seth awnsered all our questions and tid bits. I highly recommend using these guys.

After a bad experience with another local company gave this one a try to turn up my AC. Tech Austin was friendly and informative and detail oriented. Will definitely use them again this fall.

Air Comfort Complete exemplify true phenomenal customer service! From the first phone call I made to the end of the repairs, everyone was so great to me. The office gals were so easy to talk to and completely understanding. Technicians were competent, professional, friendly and efficient. I was happy to find the bill not as high as some other HVAC companies I had used in the past. I was also surprised to hear they work on appliances as well. I highly recommend Air Comfort Complete, they are all so great to deal with.

Thank you everyone! The whole process was smooth from start to finish...from scheduling a bid with Miryam to the technicians who came and tore the old monstrosity out and put the new furnace in. Also, if you ever just need an inspection, I'd highly recommend this company.

What an awesome company! They were here shortly after I called and had my AC running in no time. They even made sure I knew the cost of everything up front so there were no surprises! I highly recommend them!
