I've used them twice. The first time in 2024 I was very satisfied with the service. We spoke over the phone and I specifically asked if the troubleshooting fee would be applied towards any services rendered. I was told yes and that's how the transaction was handled. Mr. Don was very friendly and made sure I knew what was going on through the entire process. I called back for service in 2025 and expected a similar type of service. They ( Ed ) offer you a warranty and won't honor it. You call them and they send you to voicemail. I call from another number and get an answer. If you text they’ll leave you on read with no reply. I had some issues with the quality of install, but I was cooling (so I was content ) and the crew was supposed to come back and complete some minor things and they never did. I found Air Chek Cooling & Heating When my last HVAC system went out on me. The only reason I even found these guys was because I was searching online for HVAC contractor Katy, Tx and I randomly chose them because of all there good reviews. So I only thought it was right to put one up for them as well they ended up replacing my entire air conditioning Unit and saved my family in this 90+% weather.
