I was getting my daughter and myself ready at 7:00 am and the ceiling in our hall collapsed. It was fairly traumatic because my 3 year old was very close to it when it came tumbling down with lots of insulation. Not even realizing the time, I called Air Chandler and they were able to immediately come over to help. I am currently in a orthopedic boot so I couldn't do much very easily and they helped me clean up the mess while diagnosing the issue. We needed quick service to repair our AC in the summer heat. Frank got us in the same day and got us cooled off.
Mike has been out to my place multiple times for a chronic AC issue. Replaced a faulty outdoor unit and that followed with several days of problems unrelated to the new unit. Mike came out as quick as possible and handled each issue until he finally resolved the problem.....even then he told me to keep him posted. He was always leaving me updates each visit. Just let me say he went above and beyond every time to make sure things were fixed. Incredible service before and after the sale
I had them install my AC unit about 2 years ago. I had an issue that was completely my fault and Mr. Chandler came out himself. Figured it out in less than a minute and had it fixed in 2 minutes. I am not convenient to get to and he didn't charge me for the visit. I am a customer for life and texting my whole family that this is the place to go. Thank you for getting me out of my own bind. The best!!!!
