Well..it happened finally. Old system conked out. And again, Air Carolina’s saved the day. Israel’s team assessed after hours, provided fair pricing, and installed in a single morning. Great work! Thank you. Israel made the experience easy. He made a fair and honest assessment without trying to inflate or take advantage. People make the difference. When he finished his work, I signed into a maintenance contract. And he will be putting my new system in when that time comes. For now, he thankfully bought me a little more time.
