Great service! Attention to detail and ability to adapt and customize were awesome.
I actually started using Air Carolinas when I purchased a Groupon to have my duct work and dryer vents cleaned. Israel was very courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to speak with. He actually told me my ducts and dryer vents were not that bad and showed me pictures to prove it! Not only that, but he installed guards around my vents on the side of the house to keep the birds from nesting in there. That was 5+ years ago and I have never thought of using anyone else. Couple little things. Service man entered home on his own. Found him in the kitchen with the dog looking for an ankle to bite. Then he went into each room checking vents without mentioning he was going to do that. However, super nice and still 5 ⭐️ service.
