I had an issue with my ancient HVAC system and Israel came out the same day and resolved it. He was professional, trustworthy, and a good communicator.
Well..it happened finally. Old system conked out. And again, Air Carolina’s saved the day. Israel’s team assessed after hours, provided fair pricing, and installed in a single morning. Great work! Thank you. Israel made the experience easy. He made a fair and honest assessment without trying to inflate or take advantage. People make the difference. When he finished his work, I signed into a maintenance contract. And he will be putting my new system in when that time comes. For now, he thankfully bought me a little more time.... read more
