I called on behalf of my neighbor, Jim. He's 94 and his AC went down. I spoke with JV, and she got us an appointment for the next day. I know it's a busy time of the season, so it really helped. Joseph came out and diagnosed the problem pretty quickly. It was what I had suspected, and a part needed to be ordered. Joseph the A/C technician was courteous and polite. Total time including diagnosis and installation of a 5-2-1 compressor Saver device on my outside A/C unit was less than 1/2 hours. Total charge came to $528.00. This same device sold for $42 on Amazon. It seems to me the price charged for this service call was extremely high and too expensive for a senior retired citizen. I would not be calling them again or recommending them to anyone else. Thank you.
