We got two units for each side of the house with the handlers in the attic! They went above and beyond by installing decking in the attic for the handlers, which isn't customary but a very nice touch. Are house after the duct cleaning has improved alot. Will highly recommend to anyone. And applaud how professional they are to there work.
Sean and Jonathan were an amazing help. They were very kind and took the time to answer any questions I had. I never felt rushed/ hurried and most importantly, they didn't try and sell me services I didn't need, which a previous large and well known company did by trying to scare me. I just wanted to tell you that Wallace on your team took great care of us tonight. We just moved to a newer home with a brand new AC unit. The last couple days we noticed the AC running but not cooling. We figured it just needed freon... I called this morning and spoke with Jonathan who was very professional. He made sure we had a tech come by today. Wallace came out around 6 and by 7 had everything taken care of for us. He was polite and knowledgeable.
