Alex and Tony were so gracious and accommodating as well as doing an excellent job of communicating their process and findings. You would think they owned the company! Very impressed with them and as a result of having our furnace ducts cleaned for the first time in the 18 years we have lived here, we no longer smell a musty odor that had prompted us to hire Air Care with their truck mounted heavy duty cleaning system. I will recommend them on our neighborhood blog should we receive any inquiry.

They were thorough, conscientious, and honest. They helped me by making a suggestion for some small repairs that I could do myself, which will keep my system running right into the future. I was very pleased with the results and will hire them again the next time we need our ducts cleaned.
I hired this company to clean my ducts and vents (although that category was not available under the "specific project" category in this review). They did an exceptional job on my system, even though it had never been done on our home in over 30 years (since it was new).
