I had never had ducts cleaned in the 17 years in this home, so I knew it was called for. This was an eye-opener. The work was quick and efficient and James and Alex were very thorough. In addition to having cleaner ducts, I was given advice about using a better, washable and long-lasting filter in the furnace and also on scheduling if I maintain a 90-day filter cleaning regimen.
They were prompt, did exactly what they said they would do. They did a very thorough job. In addition they suggested some very practical ways to increase the efficiency of our heat pump.
The workers who did this work gave good customer service.
