Air Care Today installed a Carrier AC unit at my home in November, 9 months ago, it is now not working properly. Like every other reviewer has said they WILL NOT return your call or text. This company’s business model seems to be scamming people with shoddy AC systems. I have called their office repeatedly and texted repeatedly for over 2 weeks and have not received any communication from the actual company. Like others have shared have been calling them and leaving messages and not getting a call back. Not sure if they are still in business. By the way their Austin number doesn't see to be functional either. Like others they installed a couple of HVAC units at out home and gave a 5 yr warranty but I can't get hold of them to get it looked at now that I have a problem within the warranty period. If anyone from the company is reading this message can you please call me back, I left my phone number on your answering system.
This company installed our unit about 5 years ago and it has given us issues ever since. We have a 10 year warranty and we have had to call them 3-5 times a year every year for service. Recently, we have called them everyday for the past 5 days and they have yet to return our calls. We will be involving an attorney now.
Maybe I can get a response this way, since calling and leaving multiple messages is not working. I have a thermostat that has been malfunctioning for over a year that they have yet to replace. Previous attempts to have it taken care of resulted in me being told "We will look into it and get back to you" but they never do. A couple weeks ago when it was so cold, the system was stuck on AC because the thermostat screen is completely non functional now, leaving my house freezing. AirCare guys did a great job in installation. However, there has been zero response from them for over 3 weeks to fix our AC. I've left multiple messages to just about everybody (sales resp, admin, repair), and nobody calls back. Our AC units are under warranty, and they've stopped caring. Would not recommend.
