After care from another immunologist who knew very little about treating MCAS, I realized control over my MCAS is gone due to other doctors.with little knowledge about MCAS. I returned to Dr. Herrscher. Since I could not breathe when I reached his office due to cold air and rushing because I was late, arriving there felt safe. I know I am in good hands now. He helped get my meds back in order, and the staff is helpful. A well known geneticist I correspond with in Dallas said Dr. Herrscher was the only MCAS doc he would ses.

Excellent listening skills and demonstrated a lot of concern in making sure she addressed all my needs and wanted to improve my quality of life. She was very friendly and staff were all very courteous. Dr. Saifi was very knowledgeable and took her time in explaining some of the causes and the roof of my problem. There was very little waiting time. I will definitely continue. to see her. Jack Perales
