Julio has been absolutely great with both our furnace and AC. He’s always available, listens patiently, and only recommends repairs when they’re truly needed , no unnecessary upselling. Whenever there’s an urgent issue, he responds right away and makes sure everything’s taken care of. I really appreciate his honesty and professionalism, and I would highly recommend his company to anyone looking for reliable HVAC service.

Julio is professional, honest, and knowledgeable. He helped us install 2 ecobee thermostats, and fixed some ducting and piping issues that were affecting our HVAC system. He was tidy and considerate. He informed us that our main furnace has plenty of years left on it and does not need replacement.

We had been having issues with our furnace for months, and nobody was able to diagnose the problem. Air Care actually took measurements, walked us through their assessment, and installed a working furnace for us. We have heat! so glad we went with them.
