Alfonso and his team are fantastic! He is honest and very efficient. My house had gotten up to 95 degrees inside. My home warranty company, AHS, sent Air Pro Master who diagnosed that a kink in the unit ‘s outside cooper line, which wasn’t the real problem. AHS said that it was “the user fault” and denied my claim. This was unbelievable. They sent another company, Dr. Cool, to give me a second opinion, which was a waste because they let me know that they had to write the opinion in a certain way to the benefit of the home wa... read more
