We recently had a problem with the AC & today Mr. Brat Lovall came to fix it. I asked him if the leak from the basement ceiling was caused by the AC too as the plumber didn't give me a satisfactory explanation. Mr. Lovall was so helpful. After checking to make sure it's not caused by the AC, he checked bathtub place & patiently showed me where the water could leak from, where the bathtub is situated if I looked from the basement up.
