A lot that was excellent, with several little details that took the rating down a bit. We replaced our 30-year old furnace with a heat pump system. We had a great experience with Air Care Heating & Cooling. Our manager (Roberto) was excellent and the install team (Adrian and Luis) were top notch. Everyone explained the process clearly and moved through the process with great communication, efficiency, and expertise. And thanks to Claudia for helping manage the logistics of scheduling, permits, and rebates. We highly recommend this company.

I have been using Aircare for many years for maintenance and also to install a new unit. They do a wonderful job and very friendly and easy to deal with. Kintroy Johnson has come couple times to service my unit. He is very thorough, friendly and very easy with work with. I highly recommend Aircare for A/C service and installation.

I recently had a great experience with AirCare Heating and Cooling. From the first call to the final service visit, their team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Scheduling was straightforward, and they showed up on time, which I really appreciated. The technician took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my system and walked me through the available options without any pressure. The work itself was done efficiently, and everything was left clean and in good order afterward. What stood out m... read more
