I called Air Care today for a air conditioner unit issue. They informed me that a tech could respond this afternoon to look at my issue. The technician Owen Cranmer called me around 1pm to see what the best time to respond was and after a short conversation he told me he could be here within half hour. After checking my thermostat and a few other things, he determined that my new thermostat had initially been set up wrong. Wyatt he did an excellent job for checking out. The heat pump gave me all the results was on time for his appointment will be using them in the future for plumbing electrical if needed and the HVAC maintenance.
We had a great experience with Air Care. The technicians worked incredibly hard to diagnose and fix our issue, and you could tell they genuinely cared about getting it right. They were friendly, patient, and explained everything along the way. Most importantly, we didn't feel like they were trying to upsell us on anything. We will always call them for our heating and cooling needs! Thanks to the team!
They put us a new unit in. They are amazing and I highly recommend them.
