The tech didn't even fix the problem,we had to call him right after he left and he told US what to do for a TEMPORARY fix!!!! He also tried to sell us a part that we didn't even need!! We only needed the drain line cleaned,which he failed to do!!! The owner was SO rude and started yelling on the phone...obviously he does not respect the customer!
