Robert Garza was very polite and seemed honest.... but come to think of it, he should have showed me the problem and cost before doing the work that's what the other technicians have done. A fuse that costs between 5 and $30 max & should have lasted for years, especially after it's already been changed about a year and a half ago, apparently it was only warrantied for one year .. point is it shouldn't have blown if they wrapped the wires in the first place so If the wires were the cause, it was done negligently or incompeten... read more
I have used an HVAC service for many years. During an semi-annual service on the furnace, a problem was found. The quote to repair it was $2,000+. I decided to give “Care” a call for a second opinion. The problem was resolved for $200. Needless to say, they’ve earned my business going forward.
Robert Garza did a great job with my 6 month AC Units inspection.He found no significant issues and recommended precautionary upgrades.
