This place is so poorly run. Understaffed. No one knows what they are doing. The “Supervisor” seems to be the only one working while everyone else just stands around with a blank stare on their face. I can’t believe that the State of Colorado tolerates contractors who do such an incredible poor job.
A tech there by the name of Jesse S. was extremely disrespectful, told me I was incompetent for pulling into the wrong lane.
Always friendly people here and shorter lines. Been coming here for all muy vehicles for years.
9 people standing around smoking and joking at 930 am and a 35 min wait and 3 lanes closed. All it takes is 3 people per lane. Wish I could post the picture from today....
