8/7/2025. Air Care came out promptly to check the AC and ended up replacing a failing capacitor. The technician, Bryce, gave a good explanation as to what needed to be done and why. As always, very pleased with Air Care and continue to recommend. 7/25/24. Had Air Care come out for annual a/c check. The tech, Michael, was thorough and explained what he did. My air conditioning went out on Sunday and I made a call on Monday morning to get assistance. One of my neighbors recommended I ask for a repairman by the name of TAYLOR. I made an appointment and they came out Wednesday earlier than expected, gave me a bid that was very good and it was fixed the same day. I would highly recommend!
Taylor is great. The time slot they gave me was 3 to 5. He arrived about 2:30 I think. He checked my unit and assured me it was in good working order. He knows my unit & knows what to check for if there is a problem. No problem today. He assured me it was ready and good to go.Thanks for great service. I definitely recommend them for your air conditioning needs. Very reliable. Very professional.
