Gary, the technician they dispatched, is a wonderful person. He provided us alternatives, described the problems with our unit, and had it operating before he left. By far, Gary is the most skilled and affable repairman that have ever entered our home.
He checked in on things the next day and then followed up with me a few days later to make sure everything was satisfactory. He offered me wise counsel on several design decisions we made, and the result was superb.
I phoned this organization first thing in the morning, and they responded immediately and answered the phone. they scheduled an appointment on that day. Gary the technician arrived on schedule. He was very competent, honest, and gave the specifics of what had transpired while my wife was there.
