The service tech from Air Care went above and beyond what I would expect from a HVAC contractor. I work in construction so I know what to expect. I will only use Air Care for my home HVAC needs.

Air Care has provided hvac service for our home for..... years. Great, responsive service, people we can talk to when we have a problem and fair pricing. My first ever post! What prompts it is a recent issue we had, where a strange sharp odor that we could only describe as "melting plastic" that came and went was driving me nuts and was tremendously concerning my wife and I. Arrived on time and very professional, respectful, courteous, trustworthy and friendly. I realize this statement has nothing to do with their knowledge of A/C, but we already know they know their job!! But this was a big deal from a woman’s perspective…….When he arrived at our home before coming into the house he asked about removing his shoes, I told him no need to remove shoes.
