Never had a storage need before. This was fast to get the size I was looking for. Very easy to book a storage unit. Very happy
This place is absolutely awful. They will nickel and dime you in any way they can. They changed their policy, sent out notice, but did not fully outline the ways in which it changed. I was forced to spend an extra $70 in fees this month that they do not make you aware of other than in the fine print, which they hold you to. I asked for a one time forgiveness and they refused because it was written in the fine print. It feels like a scam.
