I was contacted quickly, the rates are affordable compared to competition, and the unit is good quality
There was a lot that happen with my first week my code didn’t work the first week but they where able to give me a temporary code and a board fell left a gap in my unit because but they where able to fix it fast and they had good communication !
Wish it was open 24 hours but otherwise it's a nice quiet spot.
Unfortunately my son and his girlfriend broke up. It was not cordial in any way. We were able to rent a storage unit to put her stuff into so she could come get it without any further major contact. When this was explained to the staff of air Capital storage they understood they gave us very distinct clear rules and regulations, and we were able to resolve our issue using the storage unit successfully.
