Excellent and honest customer service.The customer service provided was exceptional and transparent.
1st: Rheem didn’t send info on work order to be done. Parts had to be requested from Rheem again. Once arrived appointment was made with Air Boss again, and they returned and replaced the 2 sensors. Rheem had to be contacted because they did not put in work order which sensors needed replaced. Worker was very nice. Showed up on time and completed the work. The next day, I got an alert from my water tank again. 2nd: Contacted Rheem again and this time they ordered the parts and sent me the information for when tech shows up. ... read more
