I just wanted to take a few minutes to rave about the phenomenal service that I received from Air Boss Heating & Cooling! I have been using their services since moving to the mountain 5 years ago. Brian Thompson was the astute & very capable employee that I worked with. This job initially began as a warranty job to replace my a/c unit, because of their professionalism, I also had them do maintenance on my other units. This company has been a complete nightmare to work with. The worst part is after they figured out they had no idea how to repair our AC problem, they never refunded my money which left me no choice but to contact my bank and request a charge back. This company is incompetent and unethical!

Great company that is very afforadable, knowledgable, and on time! Never once have I had an issue, and they have since then hired amazing people that would take very good care of their customers.I would refer this company to my family, and friends in a heartbeat!
AirBoss is so friendly and very customer oriented. Even though I hit them during busy summer season, they were very responsive and did everything they could to get us scheduled and our issues resolved on our AC unit. Barbi on the phones and John the technician are both exceptional!!
