AirBoss is so friendly and very customer oriented. Even though I hit them during busy summer season, they were very responsive and did everything they could to get us scheduled and our issues resolved on our AC unit. Barbi on the phones and John the technician are both exceptional!!
Air Boss called within 24 hours of my service request to our home warranty and scheduled a technician for the next day. Our tech, Brian was polite, professional, and solved the problem very quickly.
We were impressed on the fast response of Air Boss as we were making a short visit to our cabin and the furnace wasn’t working. They responded quickly the part was ordered that was needed. They came at a later date and said our thermostat was working in opposite mode but they would set it appropriately and it would be fine until we could get back to get a new one installed.
