This was my annual AC service. Gustavo, was very friendly and professional. I will continue to use AirBlue for my semi-annual service. I do have an electrical issue and that is going to be worked on soon. (Not much you can do when the compressor is on the roof of a 5 story building and in the elements). AIR BLUE IS A SCAM – BEWARE This company is nothing but a rip-off. I called them for a simple AC maintenance, and instead of doing their job, they tried to pressure me into $5,000 in “repairs” or a full system replacement for $15,000+. I said no thanks and called my trusted HVAC guy — he quoted the exact same repairs at $600–$1,000, and a full replacement at $5,000. That’s less than a third of what Air Blue tried to charge me. Michael came out and checked all 3 unit’s on our property. He was very patient and understanding and even helped me sift through keys to find the right one. Michael was very professional and explained everything and made sure to answer all my questions.

Chris was really beyond fantastic his knowledge and service really exceeded my expectations his recommendation of a new furnace single stage over the overkill two stage I have now is really appreciated he also informed me of the potential failure of the heat exchanger and flame sensor.
