Love this salon! Aubrey is great - so professional and sweet. Had a great experience.
I had a disappointing experience with this salon. I reached out ahead of my appointment to get a clear idea of the total cost, which I believe is a very reasonable request. I even shared photos of my hair as requested, but unfortunately, they were still unable to provide any estimate beyond a vague “starting price,” and said the final cost would only be determined during the appointment. Update: my original review was for Air Salon; however, when Eggie purchased them, my review moved over. Changed from five star to one. I have had multiple bad experiences at Eggie and will never recommend them. After a complaint was shared to the old Air Salon owners, they sent it to Rachel. She reached out, and we discussed my experiences. I was definitely willing to give them another try after speaking to Rachel.
