Easy to sign up online. Easy to setup autopay online. Easy to end my tenancy and I was not even required to clean up and be present for an inspection since I had never actually used the storage unit (unusual situation). They didn't even require 30 days notice and did not bill me for any time beyond the end of the current month that was already paid for, even though I had called to check out only a few days before the end of that month. Very pleased with their customer service and the automation of their website.
very clean, no signs of any pests or anything like that. super easy to get in and out of, the online renting and paying process was a breeze to get through as well!

Very easy purchasing a unit from this storage facility. The property is well maintained, and they also have surveillance cameras througjout the grounds.
I’ve really enjoy this facility. I travel a lot and keep work related items stored there. The 24 hour access was a necessity for me and the owner, I’m just going to say “K” was great to speak with. And when I was away and adverse weather occurred, I simply called and they checked the security cameras and assuaged my concerns.
