Horrible experience and customer service. Did not give me what I wanted, when I complained and asked to fix it they did not. They did not offer a refund, discount, or solution. Tried to remedy this with the salon to no avail, consider me an unsatisfied customer.and will be warning others to stay away ^^How dare you accuse me of being a "Fake customer" I wrote this review for my mother. It does not matter how many reviews you have unsatisfactory experiences still happen
Excellent service!! Fun environment!!! Bailee was the cutest and so fun to chat with! She took the experience to the next level!! I loved her. The mini shoulder massage was so relaxing! I brought my daughter for a fun girls time and we love our hair! Everything was excellent! We can’t wait to go back!
