RecommendedGreat Company and would recommend to anyone who is having heating or cooling issues. Our furnace was on the fritz and we had a few other techs out prior that didn’t get the job done right. Air Authority showed up and was able to isolate the problem which was that the heat exchanger was failing. We decided to purchase a new furnace and a/c unit as it was 38 years old. Eric was a top-notch rep who was very informative and went above and beyond to ensure the job was completed promptly and accurately.
We recently had our AC and furnace units replaced . Without a question Air Authority exceeded our expectations . From Eric in sales to Mark the technician they are without a doubt the go to company for all your ac and furnace needs . Thanks Air Authority .

During our home sale inspection HVAC issues were cited. Air Authority was bomb.com in immediately coming out and fixing the 'problem'. Mark you are bomb.com! Apparently when Apollo Home came out on 9/24 the tech taped our safety switch to permanently be on in order to burn up our older unit. So Air Authority, honest, and gets my 5star rating!

They exceed my expectations every time I call them and have been my go-to heating and ac company for over 10 years. They arrive on time (or early), respond timely in emergency situations, give recommendations and alternative solutions, quote competitive prices, and give outstanding customer service! I rate them 5 stars and highly recommend them!
