We have used Air Art for our rental properties and our residential properties. They provide outstanding customer service. The technicians are honest and have a high level of integrity. Haven't had any issues since their last visit, but decided not to wait for something to break. You know? Like an actual adult. Corey arrived promptly and cheerfully, and inspected the system for a great price (plus coupon they automatically applied) and is taking some pictures and questions back to their install team about improving the efficiency of the ductwork and I am actually looking forward to the estimate because Air-Art's employees have established a pattern, which is priceless. I can’t describe how happy I am that I found AirArt! So organized, efficient and effective! My system went down and they came the day after I called in the hot summer demand and they go over and above for the service too! Lisa is very responsive and friendly and my tech Corey, diagnosed and repaired my defunct capacitor quickly. The price was fair and reasonable and I’m happy to give my money to this company. Highly recommended.
