Excellent service
This is the second time that I requested help from Air Air in the past 4 months. Fortunately the same technician arrived who was familiar with the heating system. Neil Wechselberger who is the best heat & Air tech I have ever met. He explained in layman’s terms what needed to be fixed. Over the years I have had other heat & air businesses tell me I need a new system; Should go solar ect. Neil fixed the problem. The HVAC technician, Corey, was very friendly & knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was being tested & why. The adjustment he made fixed my furnace, where another company suggested a replacement. Being the 2nd opinion experts is a massive understatement. Thank you Air-Art!
