I have no words for the horrific experience we have had with this company. My air was working on Thursday, but staying a consistent 2-3 degrees warmer than the thermostat. We have a service contract , so we called them to come out. In the past, I have had positive experiences, but like many of these reviews say, recently this company has been horrible. Very disappointed in their service. We had a 3 year maintenance contract with them and 1.5 years later we had an issue with one of our AC Units, they came out and gave a price for repairs and suggest I replace the unit and said he could give me a deal on replacing all 3 units. I called another AC repair company and they came out and repaired the unit that was not running and checked my other 2 units and said all 3 were good no recommendation for replacing. Five stars! We’ve been customers for two years now and and they are truly the best of the best. We are on a maintenance plan with them and we’ve never had a concern they haven’t been able to resolve quickly and professionally and always with a smile. Everyone I talk to and interact with is wonderful— it says a lot about a company when every single interaction is fantastic!
