I had a very bad experience with Air Around The Clock. The technician came into my house, went upstairs without even removing his dirty shoes on my carpet, and immediately tried to push me into replacing my entire AC system for over $6,000 plus another $2,000 for a warranty. He told me that if only the motor was replaced, it would take weeks to get the part and that it wouldn’t be covered under warranty even if it failed again soon. This was completely misleading. The team that came to my home was polite, but the work performed was very disappointing. The ducts were not properly cleaned — they were only sealed — and I did not want to be rude by stopping them midway. Lesson learned. I specifically asked about when I could safely turn the AC back on. They told me “immediately,” but when I later checked the safety guidelines for the product used, it clearly stated that the AC must remain off for 48 hours with proper ventilation. False advertising and then customer service lied to me, saying someone would call back "shortly." Then when an hour passes and I call them back, I'm informed that after 8 pm the calls are returned the next day....HUH?? Then why 1. Advertise 24 hour service and 2. LIE initially about someone calling me back? It was after 8 when I first called. I was hoping for better.
