Paid for an emergency service A/C call since the freon seemed to be a little low - (running well, but cooling barely keeping up) suggesting a repeat of a slow leak I had 2 yrs prior in the copper piping attached to outdoor compressor. Service tech was very vague and misrepresented the current freon pressure. I pushed him to check for leaks with the detector, but he ignored me. The technician came out within the hour of my call. Identified a blown transformer and replaced it on the spot. Great service in my opinion. Price was worth it considering my house was an oven. I believe this was the second time we've called them for different issues over the years. I'd definitely use them again!

Horrible products and customer service especially Mark. He is so rude. Find yourself another company. One star is too generous.
