Greg was amazing! We have had nothing but issues since 2009 with our McCall commerical Freezer at the Country Inn by Carlson Buffalo and Greg has taken great care of us with warrenty issues. He even installed an alarm for free on the freezer about a year ago so when it drops below freezing it will alert us.
