I have used Air America for years. Their electrical and air conditioning techs are professional and courteous to our guests and our personnel. Sherry, Teri & Rich are wonderful to work with and always provide excellent communication with any issues we have. I definitely recommend Air America for any AC or electrical issues. Installation of new a/c system went very well with minimum intrusion on us doing things that day. I appreciate there advice on the best a/c solution for this home on the water on the island. My electricity bill has decreased noticeably and the system works much better and quieter. Definitely would use them in the future, and do use them for a bi-yearly maintenance check-up.
It was terrible experience ! These people thought because I was in Ga. they could wear me out ? I will never call these people even if I have no air !! The stress they put me in was not good for a old man ? I had to hire a real electrician to clear this mess up .I also had a heart attack a month later due to some of the stress from these people !!!
Worst company I have ever had business with in Fla. Played me for an out of town fool and tried to scam us !!! Stay away from these people they are bad news !!!
Had Air America come out to service our A/C unit after we found some leaking. They were prompt in arriving and Griffith, the service person,fixed the problem quickly. Iâve been most pleased with the service I am getting from Griffith and Air America.
We have had two homes on Anna Maria Island that Air America has installed the A/C units. They also serviced the units as needed and offer a maintenance plan the we feel is competitive with other companies. The staff continually are providing excellent service in communicating problems and status of repairs, and will do all they can to keep any repair costs to a minimum. Would recommend them for installing a new system as well as providing maintenance on any existing units!
I have used the services of Air America for many years for air conditioning problems at our home as well as rental units in Manatee County. Regarding my rental units, I trust their judgment on what work has to be done knowing that they will make any repairs necessary and not try to just sell me new units. They have always been courteous to my tenants and tried to schedule work at convenient times for them. I would highly recommend Air America for any air conditioning or electrical needs. Linda Gallen
