My air conditioning went out and Ed came out to diagnose the problem. He was very thorough and helpful!! Joe was great with communication and helped me through the process even answering texts after hours which was awesome! The two technicians who put in the new unit were polite, courteous, and hard working, which in my opinion would be extremely touch to do in July heat in Missouri. I am all around very pleased and would highly recommend Air Alliance Team!

So far everyone has been great the technician was very pleasant and arrive at a reasonable time. Supervisor was nice also. Can't grade the work yet, we will c after everything is done. But so far I am happy the way things r going
Twice they have been able to accommodate us for same day AC service and they left us nice and cool on two 90 degree days, one while we had a 6 day old baby at home. Great service and great rates on repairs and good honest explanations from the techs. The only guys we call. 7/10/25 - The review above was 8 years ago. Still our go to company.
