Big shoutout to this HVAC company, Rodney and the team were amazing! He responded right away, was super friendly, and had next-day availability. He showed up early, did a thorough job troubleshooting, and provided detailed info, pricing, and photos. His communication was on point the entire time. I also got to speak with the office staff, and they were just as polite and helpful. Overall, a smooth and super positive experience. I’ll definitely be reaching out again in the future!
The main guy came to look at my central air unit that wasn’t working properly and not cooling the house. When he got to my front door he asked where is the compressor I told him on the roof, he sighed and was not happy about it. He said I thought it would Be in the yard. He kept pushing that it’s my new digital thermostat that needs to be changed. He said I’ll Goto Home Depot to pick it up a new one replace It and be right back.
