Wasted our time. Technician came to our home to take samples on friday and said he would have the results on Tuesday due to the 3 day weekend. After multiple attempts at contacting them and getting a response that they would get back but never did, I doubt whatever they tell us at this point would be valid.

The air quality report is difficult to understand, so I called the number in order to speak to someone who could explain the severity of the report. Lori answered and said he’s unable to provide guidance but could take a message for a technician, which I agreed to. I began to summarize the issue for the message and he cut me off and repeated that he could take a message. Confused, I said I was leaving the message, and he responded in a condescending way. The customer service was great however, when the inspector came in to do the testing he placed his equipment on the floor away from the vent. He walked into my kitchen and checked my water heater room; sat in there for a few minutes while sniffing and looking around shortly after when he came back to speak to me, his face and nose were red and irritated. Without saying it’s mold he confirmed it in a way of agreeing to all of my concerns. I paid over $450 to find out my results came back as if, I had no mold spores in my apar... read more
